At Effective Personnel Solutions experienced consultants ensure that the culture/environment/team fit of the individual client company's vacancy are taken into account when forwarding CVs, in addition to essential skills and competencies an applicant must have for a given position. We work with our clients to get an understanding of their business to save them valuable time in selecting the right candidate and thus ensuring our company clients business growth. A consultant’s remuneration is not commission based. This is a deliberate company policy and enables us to provide both candidates and clients with impartial, honest and constructive advice. We believe that long-term working relationships are paramount, and have structured our own policy to prevent this being compromised in any way.

Preferred Supplier Agreements

We have an excellent list of clients who have a Preferred Supplier Agreement with us and over the years this list has continued to grow. An understanding of our clients’ business/culture/environment and reduced negotiated rates for ongoing business form these agreements. We at Effective Personnel Solutions believe it is vital to build ongoing relationships with our clients and develop a working partnership that adds value/growth and success to our client companies.

Discretion, confidentiality and trust are key factors for us. We fully understand that clients and candidates need faith in our ability to work for them in the most discreet and trustworthy manner.
