A consultant’s remuneration is not commission based. This is a deliberate company policy and enables us to provide both candidates and clients with impartial, honest and constructive advice. We believe that long-term working relationships are paramount, and have structured our own policy to prevent this being compromised in any way.
We have an excellent list of clients who have a Preferred Supplier Agreement with us and over the last two decades this list has continued to grow. An understanding of our clients’ business/culture/environment and reduced negotiated rates for ongoing business form these agreements.
