At Effective Personnel Solutions experienced consultants ensure that the culture/environment/team fit of the individual client company's vacancy are taken into account when forwarding CVs, in addition to essential skills and competencies an applicant must have for a given position. We work with our clients to get an understanding of their business to save them valuable time in selecting the right candidate and thus ensuring our company clients' business growth. A consultant’s remuneration is not commission based. This is a deliberate company policy and enables us to provide both candidates and clients with impartial, honest and constructive advice. We believe that long-term working relationships are paramount, and have structured our own policy to prevent this being compromised in any way.

The information you send to us will not be shared with anyone without first obtaining your explicit consent. Any information sent to us during the course of your job search will be used solely for the purpose of progressing your applications. Please advise us if you find a new job vacancy and we will remove your details from our system and cease sending information to you.
